Cleaning for your business
Sage Commercial Cleaning provides recurring janitorial care, one-time cleaning, and porter services. Carpet cleaning, floor maintenance and post-construction cleaning take care of the work beyond your regular visits.
Recurring Facility Cleaning
Exterior Cleaning
One cleaning partner from the Bay Area to Northern Nevada
Sage Commercial Cleaning works across the Bay Area, the North Bay and Solano, the Sacramento Region, the Central Valley, the Central Coast and Northern Nevada, with a page for every city we serve. Whether you manage a single office or properties in several of those regions, recurring visits, one-time cleaning and porter service all come from Sage.
Start with the service you need most, such as recurring janitorial service, or browse the facility types we clean, from shopping centers and schools to gyms and fitness studios, plus hotels, government offices and medical practices. Before you call, our cleaning cost guide and commercial cleaning checklist help you plan the budget and the task list.
What to tell us when you ask for a quote
A useful quote request starts with the building itself. Tell us what kind of property it is, which rooms people use every day and the hours the doors are open. A medical front office, a warehouse breakroom and a church hall each call for different visit times, and knowing when your space sits empty lets us set evening, weekend or other off-hours visits from the start.
Mention the flooring too. Carpeted rooms go on a schedule for extraction and spot treatment, while hard floors get a cycle of scrubbing, recoating, polishing or burnishing. If a remodel is wrapping up, say which stage the project has reached, because rough, progress and final cleaning each happen at a different point in the work.
How the services build on each other
Start with a recurring plan. Recurring janitorial visits take care of restroom sanitation, trash and recycling, high-touch surfaces and refills of paper, soap and liners. That routine is the base every other service sits on, and it is what keeps the building presentable from one week to the next.
From there, add what your property calls for. Day and night porters pick up exterior litter and restock supplies between regular cleanings. Carpet extraction and hard floor maintenance run on their own interval. Pressure washing takes care of entrances and walkways, and construction cleaning follows a remodel from the first rough pass to the final touch-up.
Built around the properties in each region
The buildings change as you move across our map. In San Francisco and Oakland the typical building is a high-rise office with a lobby on show all day. Around Stockton, Fremont and Sparks the typical building is a distribution center or warehouse, where crew breakrooms and restrooms matter most. Sacramento and Carson City add state government offices to the mix.
In Modesto, offices sit alongside food processing buildings, medical offices and retail, and our Modesto commercial cleaning page explains how visits work there. Every city page describes its own blend of properties, so you can read about the buildings near yours before you pick up the phone.

A few useful answers
Questions about commercial cleaning
Can I request more than one cleaning service?
Yes. Request recurring cleaning and additional work, such as carpet extraction, together. We identify each service in your quote.
Can I include more than one location in a request?
Yes. List each location, and the cleaning work for each property is set out separately.

Can Sage send a certificate of insurance before the first visit?
Yes. Every client gets a certificate of insurance, and Sage is insured, bonded and carries workers’ compensation, so your landlord or property manager has the paperwork on file before crews arrive.
Who makes sure the cleaning was actually done?
Supervisors run quality inspections, walking the building to check the work and catch anything missed. Crews are background-checked before they start, so the people with your keys are people we have screened.
How is porter service different from our regular cleaning?
Regular janitorial visits work through the full routine of restrooms, trash, surfaces and restocking. Porters come between those visits, during the day or at night, to pick up exterior litter and refill supplies so the property stays presentable.
What types of facilities does Sage Commercial Cleaning take on?
Offices, shopping centers and strip malls, medical offices and clinics, industrial and warehouse buildings, schools, apartment common areas, churches, gyms, hotels, government offices, car dealerships, retail stores, data centers, shared kitchens and treatment facilities. Each facility type has its own page describing the rooms and timing involved.
When do cleaning visits happen?
Visit times follow your hours, with evening, weekend and other off-hours slots for buildings that are busy during the day. Day porter visits run while the property is open.
